About

The Bar & Restaurant is the last piece of the Granary restoration project, which already includes a farm shop and art gallery, aiming to bring you great food and great art every day of the week.

Built by Sir Henry Bridgeman in 1767 and designed by James Paine, the Granary was initially a great threshing barn and was considered one of the pioneering agricultural buildings of its time. With the onset of modern machinery this magnificent building became largely redundant.

We have sought to breathe new life into the Granary to provide a year round food experience to suit all tastes and budgets. Our ethos is very much based around using the finest local produce where possible, simply cooked.

The concept is one of 'easy eating' in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, based around a state of the art open plan kitchen and grill with inviting sounds and smells.

The Granary restoration project reflects the work of the Weston Park Foundation, the independent charity which is responsible for the preservation of the estate.  Everything we do at Weston from hiring the House exclusively to businesses or individuals, large public events in the park and opening to the public during the summer months goes directly into funding the on-going work here.
