Gearing up for Gastro Grill Evenings
The Granary Grill, Bar & Restaurant at Weston Park on the Shropshire / Staffordshire border has a treat lined up for diners over the coming summer weeks by introducing Gastro Grill Evenings starting on Monday 27th June.
Head Chef Guy Day and his brigade have put together a series of mouth-watering menus with a twist on culinary themes from around the globe and will feature dishes inspired by Italian, French and Oriental cuisine amongst many others.
The Granary Grill which opened just over a year ago is the last piece in the stately home's Granary restoration project which includes a farm shop and art gallery. The restaurant is based around an open plan kitchen and grill and has an easy eating atmosphere, serving up lunch and dinner daily.
Andrea Webster, Marketing Executive comments: "Take a night off cooking, forget about the washing up and let our chefs spoil you with fabulous food. We will be taking a culinary world tour so your favourite will appear in the coming weeks."
Head Chef Guy Day adds: "We have had a lot of fun coming up with the menus for these evenings and we have made sure that there will be something for everyone from spicy dishes to retro classics this summer."
The fixed price Gastro Grill dinner menus will run from Monday to Thursday nights and cost £22.00 per person for three-courses and £17.50 for two-courses.
