Guy Day's Hints and Tips - Easy Entertaining
Guy Day, Head Chef at Weston Park the stately home on the Shropshire / Staffordshire border will let guests into his culinary hints and tips in a series of workshops in March and April.
Due to popular demand Guy has added another date to his March series. With spring just around the corner he will talk about what’s in season and perfecting pastry, the additional event will take place on Tuesday 8th March 2011 in the Granary Grill.
For those who dread dinner parties or would like to enjoy themselves as much as their guests, the Easy Entertaining Hints and Tips sessions will take place on Wednesday 6th, Thursday 7th and Friday 8th April.
Guy will talk about how to make entertaining easy and effortless, preparation tips, some shortcuts (without cheating!) and recipe ideas to ensure that guests leave armed with ideas to wow their guests as well as recipe cards to take home.

The Easy Entertaining Hints and Tips Q&A sessions from 11am through to 12 noon and is followed by a two-course lunch in the Granary Grill, Bar & Restaurant.
Places cost £15.00 per person and includes coffee on arrival and a two-course lunch in the Granary Grill, Bar & Restaurant.
