Menu
Our food
Guy Day has been Head Chef at Weston for over five years and has created a menu inspired by local producers as well as elements from further afield including beef from the Buccleuch estate in Scotland and Huntsham Farm Rare Breeds from Hereford which will appear as a guest beef. Guy is also working with our own farm shop butcher to source 100% Shropshire and Staffordshire beef.
Our produce is sourced from many of the fantastic local producers that already supply our farm shop and these include pork from Packington Farm, charcuterie from Wenlock Edge Farm, fabulous cheeses from Brock Hall Farm and Mr Moyden as well as lamb reared on the Weston estate.
The open plan grill is key to the experience and Guy's team will sizzle up a wide range of cuts from sirloin to rib-eye, chicken and grilled fish, all served simply with hand cut chips or creamy mash and your choice of sides and sauces.
Winter Dinner Menu
Head Chef Guy Day and Sous Chef Dan Smith have put together a new autumn to winter menu packed full of warming seasonal flavours including pot au feu, pork three ways, winter salads, our signature steaks off the grill and delicious desserts.
Lunch Menu
Our lunch menu has a wide range of seasonal dishes from a light snack to something more substantial, piping hot soups, winter salads and classic pasta dishes.
Something to drink
We have a wide range of beers, wines and spirits including Freedom Organic Lager from Staffordshire, Purity Ales from Warwickshire, a wide selection of wines with 25 served by the glass, homemade lemonade and farm pressed fruit juices.
Please note that our Sunday Lunch menu varies from week to week.
