Spring has arrived in the Granary Grill

The Granary Grill, Bar & Restaurant at Weston Park has launched its new Spring to Summer Dinner Menu bursting full of fabulous local produce and seasonal flavours.

Head Chef Guy Day and Sous Chef Dan Smith have put together a menu which reflects all the flavours and colours of spring produce. Dishes include seared scallops with a lentil and coriander puree, salmon salad, gnocchi with sweet tomatoes and broad beans and char grilled spatchcock chicken.

For something sweet guests can choose from a chocolate brownie sundae, fresh strawberry romanoff or a mouthwatering lemon meringue with homemade orange ice cream.

Head Chef Guy Day comments: “This will be our fifth seasonal dinner menu since we opened the restaurant and I hope that we have captured the true essence of spring flavours.”

“Our specials board changes regularly and will include more spring and summer classics.” concludes Guy
